Full P&L management and administration of multimillion-dollar budgets with a successful track record of significant productivity improvement, cost reduction, service level improvement, and margin growth. Having graduated from West Point followed by 6 years of service in the U.S. Army, Mr. Kowal entered the civilian sector with a solid foundation of leadership skills along with a strong sense of accountability and self motivation that were the catalysts behind 9 promotions in 18 years with Airborne Express and DHL.

Exhibited broad based competencies in operations management, P&L management in a highly dynamic fast paced environment.  Very passionate with regards to talent management with a reputation of hiring, developing, and mentoring many of the individuals exhibiting success across multiple industries today.
